Het Netherlands Institute for Law and Governance (NILG) organiseert in samenwerking met deLex het NILG Jaarcongres 2015, getiteld: Law and Governance in the Digital Era.
Tijdens het congres staan de uitdagingen van digitale technologie en big data centraal: aansprakelijkheidsrisico’s van de zelfrijdende auto, privacybescherming ondanks ‘internet of things’ en ‘smart borders’, digitale dienstverlening, intellectuele eigendom en 3D printing, websiteblokkades en ISP-aansprakelijkheid. Als sprekers worden onder meer Prof. Francesca Bignami (George Washington University) prof. Annette Kur, (Max Plack Institute München), prof. Aurelia Colombi Ciacchi (Groningen), prof. Jeanne Mifsud Bonnici (Groningen), prof. Leon Verstappen (Groningen), prof. Wouter Werner (VU Amsterdam), prof. Arno Lodder (VU Amsterdam) en prof. Martin Senftleben (VU Amsterdam) verwacht.
